Opportunity for Sales Manager with a Leading Company
Designation: Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Delhi
Candidates from Frozen Food Industry Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the assigned region.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Establish and manage an efficient distribution network to enhance sales performance.
- Drive new business development and forecast requirements.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Identify and engage with new distributors and maintain relations with existing ones.
- Collect customer feedback and provide timely updates to Senior Management.
- Handle MIS and ensure effective communication with all functional departments.
- Ensure dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Actively manage payment collections from customers.
- Coordinate with various departments, especially with the R&D team for new product developments.
- Maintain focus and create a healthy pipeline for future business.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream from a reputable university.
- MBA with a specialization in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Willingness to travel for business and projects, with a balance of 50% office and 50% outstation work.
