Key Responsibilities :- Drive business development and sales initiatives for ferrous scrap (preferably steel/metal scrap) to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.- Develop strategic sales plans and effectively communicate these plans to upper management.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the ferrous scrap sector.- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling sales proposals that exceed client expectations.- Address customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in sales management/business development, specifically in the ferrous scrap industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.
