Job Title: Manager Sales Export

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales Export to lead our export sales team and drive business growth in international markets! As a Manager Sales Export, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales team members, and building and maintaining relationships with key international customers and partners. If you have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen interest in the insulated products or plastic mats industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our global customer base and increase export revenue

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales export personnel to achieve sales targets and goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, distributors, and partners

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

- Establish and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and company policies

- Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the sales team

- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field

- At least 5+ years of experience in sales management, export sales, or international business development

- Proven track record of success in sales management and team leadership

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and coach sales team members to achieve their full potential

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)

- Familiarity with insulated products or plastic mats industry (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,036.84 - ?52,000.00 per month
