Job Title:Manager Sales & DevelopmentSummary: Sales and Business development opportunity focused on Automotive and Consumer electronics segment to promote protection, thermal and bonding solutions from Momentive.Responsibilities Include:Working with various key accounts across the Automotive and Consumer electronic segment for the defined region.Investigate market, define opportunity pipeline, provide relevant solution and generate earned growth for Momentive.Collaborate with the channel partners and offer technical services to the end customer/ channels, further support customers on trial and sampling needs.Getting involved with marketing to define desirability, feasibility, and viability of the project.Identify relevant New product concept(NPC), further collaborate with R&D and technical teams for product development and testing needs.Deliver target sales, new NPI sales and its profitability.Build relations with R&D, Marketing and other relevant functions.Qualifications:The following are required for the role
