Roles and Responsibilities :- Strategically locates, cultivates, defines, and closes commercial partnerships to strengthen position in the market.- Finds trendsetter ideas through industry and relevant announcements, publications, and events research.- Keeps track of each contributor\'s achievements.- Finds or contacts possible partners to make business proposals.- Finds and investigates potential prospects.- Evaluates market tactics, transaction needs, and financials to filter possible company deals.- Determines internal priorities and assesses available options.- Suggests making equity investments.- Studies the integration of the new venture with the company\'s operations and strategies to develop bargaining positions and strategies.- Looks at the potentials and hazards of the business possibilities.- Estimates the aims and needs of partners.- Coordinates requirements, drafts and negotiates contracts, and integrates contract requirements with corporate operations to close new business deals.
