Duties & Responsibilities:1.Achievement of business target allotted2.New business Acquisition through corporate client3.Broker's business Acquisition4.New corporate accounts relationship management5.New business development through direct meetings with client and brokers6.Fire , Marine, Liability knowledge should be preferred having good exposure in relationship management.7.Develop business relationship with corporate/brokers to generates leads and convert that into business8. Servicing existing clients/ brokers.9. Management of MIS10. Coordinate with internal departments for Quote, policies and claimsNote - We are looking at 70% (New Acquistion) / 30 % (Managing Existing ).We are ok to look at someone from GI , Financial Services (BFSI), Brokers .Ok to look at someone who is handling SME Business.Someone who is handling small ticket size or Agents will work, but the product line should be commercial(Property , Marine , Fire ) (ref:updazz.com)
