We are hiring for Sales Manager for one of our esteemed client who deals in manufacturing of Construction Chemicals for Marbles & Tile Installation Industry. They are based in Delhi NCR.
They are building a team of experienced, detail-oriented, thorough, agile and energetic Sales Professionals for Mumbai & Punjab territory to oversee all the market development by liaising with different stakeholders such as Architects, PMC\'s and Category A Builders. The job will entail executing marketing activities, business development, product approvals and customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the mentioned geography and in the target segment.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and help them in troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks.
3. Should be able to strategize for the market development and execute the plan to achieve intended objectives.
4. Conducting market research to identify the gap in the offerings and help company to fill the gap.
5. Providing technical support and assistance to customers in understanding substrates, applications, products and systems and latest technologies.
6. Design and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company\'s growth.
Eligibility/ Qualification:
- Minimum Experience of 10 Years in Sales & Business Development, preferably in Construction & Allied Industry, via Architects, PMC\'s and A+ Category Builders.
- Must be agile and should have strong understanding of the market dynamics.
- A prover performer who has demonstrated excellence in their career journeys.
- Strong project management, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and delivering results.
- Must have worked in construction projects where the involvement is very high.
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer relationships.
