Job Description


We are looking for an End-User Sales Engineer in Schneider Electric Home & distribution Business Unit, who would be responsible for the following topics;

  • Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of work experience handling residential builders and developers in Chennai market.
  • This role is to focus on prescribing and growing business opportunities to increase revenue for our Digital Buildings solution.
  • To drive innovation & growth with the Building End user of the Digital Buildings product portfolio, and the development of relationships with these End User to support delivery of targets in Chennai region.
  • Co-develop segment strategies with Marketing and Mar-Com Team.
  • Contribute and follow goals and objectives, sales/business plans, and develop business aligned with Schneider Electric Strategy.
  • Identify and contact potential shareholders to provide healthy pipeline for the channel.
  • Reporting the customer visits, opportunities, and other interactions on digital tools in a timely manner
  • Be the champion of IOT, and generate digital transformation projects.
  • CXO level connect is desired. Connect with architects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skill is mandatory.
  • The candidate is expected to exhibit good interpersonal skills.
