• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients/customers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics to ensure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with other departments such as product development and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

Key Skills: Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to analyze sales performance data and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications are a plus.
