They are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents and agencies to promote and sell life insurance products. - The specialist works closely with agents to provide training, support, and guidance, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell life insurance policies. - This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of life insurance products and the insurance industry as a whole.Responsibilities :- Build and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with insurance agents and agencies, acting as a primary point of contact for all life insurance-related matters.- Sales promotion: Collaborate with agents to develop sales strategies, provide product knowledge, and offer support in closing life insurance sales.- Training and development: Conduct training sessions for agents to enhance their understanding of life insurance products, features, and benefits.
