Job Description

• The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient order processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance . Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
• Processing orders: Receiving and processing orders online, by phone, or by email, and checking their accuracy
• Maintaining records : Keeping sales and customer records up to date, and issuing invoices
• Compiling reports: Developing monthly sales reports and monitoring sales efforts
• Ensuring on-time delivery: Liaising with the logistics department to ensure products or services are delivered on time
• Handling customer service: Answering Field staff's questions, requests, and complaints, and communicating important feedback internally.
• Encouraging sales goals: Monitoring sales goals and encouraging the sales team to meet their quotas
• Staying up to date: Researching new product lines and staying up to date with new products and features

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
