Identify New builder Projects :- Actively search for and identify potential new projects within the assigned geography/area.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects.Relationship Management :- Establish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers.- Liaison with TOP builder projects of the Location- Act as the primary point of contact for builders, addressing their needs and concerns.- Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand their project plans and financial requirements.- Visiting approved project sites on regular basis for organising camps/activity on holidays for lead generation.Project Approval : - Evaluate and approve projects for funding based on established criteria and due diligence.- Familiar on Legal and Technical documentation and process of the location.- Coordinate with the underwriting/processing team to ensure timely project approvals.
