What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters meeting the desired marketing and financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in logistics management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and system to meet customer requirements.

As a Manager, your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business challenges will help us improve our products, processes and services. Your will guide us to lead projects by meeting objectives and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risk-taking ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and help in problem solving. You will provide technical guidance, coaching and oversight to team members to fulfill their day to day responsibilities and will also manage their overall development by arranging training and development programs.

As the RTTM Shared Services Manager you will have ownership of the full RTTM Support function by leading the shared services team

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The scope of the role includes RTTM ticket resolution of
  • Pre-shipment
  • In transit
  • Post shipment
  • Management & optimization of resources to cover all types of ticket
  • Shared Services KPI development and maintenance
  • Develop standardized KPIs for the shared services group
  • Keeping target ticket resolution time SLA
  • Identifying main trends and continuous improvements
  • Completing root cause analysis and executing deep dive counter measures
  • Acts as technical/functional expert providing guidance and oversight to direct reports and other teams within department for own applicable discipline and acquires knowledge in related disciplines
  • Identifies existing process/product improvements and may develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve the departments work processes/products
  • Manages and leads people, technological and financial resources for multiple projects and on-going work activities of moderate complexity within department typically involving cross-functional representatives
  • Solves moderately complex problems within area of expertise and outside of own department
QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 4+ years of experience and knowledge of the global supply chain preferably in pharmaceutical environment
  • In depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the requirements for qualifying and utilizing temperature control shipping systems
  • Candidate demonstrates leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes andcreate business impact.
  • Experience and understanding of system validation / software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with stakeholders of varying levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree
  • Advanced training in project management, supply chain management, scientific or clinical disciplines, business administration and/or people development
