We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Closing and Reporting!
We are looking for an SME with multifaceted knowledge of accounting concepts and should have managed a team with a size of 20+ people. Consistent track record in Quality functions with Automation Projects, Power BI, SharePoint tools
In this role, you will be responsible for

• Possess robust accounting knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Balance multiple partners
• Ensure smooth month-end close & reporting every month
• Ensure adherence and meeting the critical metrics / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidences in line with requirements
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer satisfaction and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Review of General ledger analysis
• Monitoring Month End Close Activities
• Review of standard month end journal entries
• Review of Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Internal and External Audit
• SOX Compliance
• Managed multiple complex GA transition and post transition stabilization
• Manage contractual Productivity

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• CA / ICWA / M.Com with B.Com in Graduation

Preferred qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent exposure in SAP / Oracle,
• Experience in Reconciliation tools like Blackline, Trinitech
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Lean Six Sigma, GB Certified
