Relocation Assistance Available: YesRoles and Responsibilities:-Retail ManagementBranded Retail Outlet (BROs): -Design and Implementation of visual merchandising as per retail guidelinesClosely work with Sales team to ensure timely appointment of BROs as per the agreed timelinesMulti Branded Outlets:- Develop/Implement innovative formats to improve brand\'s visibility at point of saleChannel Performance: -Track engagement performance of the retail storesDevelop/Execute various retail loyalty programs to improve shelf of shareVisiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respectedBudget Management: - Develop and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and provide regular budget updates to senior managementSkills:-Creative Mindset: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detailProject Management: Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.Retail Knowledge: Understanding of retail environments, including knowledge of merchandising, shelf placement, and point-of-sale displays.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.Customer Focus: Understanding the needs and preferences of customers in the target market to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams to effectively manage retail management processesQualifications:-10+ years of experience in sales & marketingStrong understanding of retail channels, distribution, and merchandising strategiesGoodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
