What this job involves:About the roleProactively engage in business development & Supply activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)
• These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units with Retailers / Brands / Mall owners.
• Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Retailers
• Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude Retail transactions \xe2\x80\x93 predominantly focussing on Delhi NCR & North India market. This includes sourcing, executing & closing Retail deals.
• Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction \xe2\x80\x93 Option Sourcing of Retail properties, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
• Constant Mentoring & guiding the team. Responsible for meeting individual & team targets
• 4 to 6 years of experience in handing Retail Transactions
• At least a Graduate from a reputed college / university. MBA / Post Graduate would be an added advantage
