1. Job Purpose
To oversee the repairs department and manage the repair process of the company\'s
assets and machinery efficiently
To ensure repairs of all assets in warehouse are repaired as per process and
timeline

Material and Method for Onsite and Off-site company

Management\xef\x82\xb7 To oversee the conditioning of equipment such as Pallets,
Crates, and Utility boxes in the company\'s warehouses as
well as those at the client sites
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure the on-time installation of Repair tables in the
Warehouse
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure productivity improvement on Repair Table
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure proper maintenance of tools required for repair
purposesTraining and
Development\xef\x82\xb7 To manage Training and Skills development of all direct
Reporting employees with support from L&D departmentStock
Management\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure RTD (Ready to Dispatch) /MOQ (Minimum Order
Quantity) of all major wooden Pallets, Utility boxes, and
FLCs at the Warehouse
\xef\x82\xb7 To eliminate BBR (Broken beyond repair) monthlyDocumentation
and Reporting\xef\x82\xb7 To document and file reports via SAP within the timeline
specified (Dehired/Repair onsite-offsite) etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure SOP are maintained & Updated on a timely basisVendor
management\xef\x82\xb7 To receives Invoice from the vendor and coordinate with
finance for the paymentAutomation
