Forming & Implementation of strategies and policy on regional logistics (domestic). Developing single interface tool (digital) for user to initiate pick up, tracking, delivery, freight management, User level and management Level KPI\'s. Onboarding new sites for operational movement under regional logistics. Leading daily operation for vehicle placement, daily tracking, missing pickup\'s, delivery . Leading cost saving strategies of milk run , Consolidation , vehicle utilization concept, share of business with LSP\'s, vehicle conversion, packing improvement ideas to maximize vehicle utilization. Regional control tower KPI monitoring (on-time deployment, on-time delivery, transit damages, vehicle type and route vs cost analysis, site contribution, saving, consolidation , Express delivery, On -time payment, quarterly Reco ). Periodic audit for freight invoices. MBR/QBR with sites and LSP\'s on operational KPI and implementation of new cost saving ideas. Implementing strategies for efficient regional logistics with focus on cost optimization and customer satisfaction, reducing delivery time , increasing vehicle utilization as per defined targets. Interface for CFT on encompassing detailed costing, rate contracting, returnable vs lost packaging, and other cost-saving measures to facilitate PAN INDIA implementation and strategic execution.
