Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:CFA & Transport Management
- Manage CFA operation of the Region
- Ensure statutory compliance at CFAs
- Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need
- Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs
- Source transporters for secondary distribution
- Process payments of CFAs and transporters
- Identify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunities
- Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning Manager
- Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs
- Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries
- Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend
- Responsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transporters
- Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries
- Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team
- Ensure adherence to SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Experience
- Handling CFA / Warehouse / Customer Service / Sales Commercial Operations
- People Management
- Analytical Skills
