• Drive collection of Enterprise Customers.
• Job Involves drive collection through Agency/ SLA and provide end to end resolution on customer disputes.

Key ResultAreas/Accountabilities

• FLD & FLV collections to reduce the overall AR Balance / FLD & FLV Bad Debt reduction
• Streamline FLD / Carrier billing issues in new systems and its timely delivery. Reduce open items in Bank reconciliation to maximum of 90 days. Knocking off On Account entries to minimum level of 90 days. Ensuring a robust process of governance for timely bill delivery with effective planning. Targeted focus on Provisions and passing Credit Notes. To bring in efficiency from existing SSC Manpower and productivity,

Core Competencies,Knowledge, Experience

• Candidate has to be from Collection background
• Should have experience in managing agencies and team
• Candidate Should have good communication skills.
• Candidate Should have minimum 6-7 years' experience in Collection
