Job Description


Qatar Airways is looking for experienced staff to join our record to report team as Manager to drive its newly established Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Ahmedabad, India.The position will be responsible for overall performance of entire Record to report process ensuring seamless service delivery, max. stakeholder satisfaction, timely reporting & effective people management.Responsibilities:

  • Defining governance mechanism for R2R process
  • Leading governance meetings with GBS head & CFOs for R2R process
  • Aligning R2R performance targets, roadblocks, roadmap etc. with CDC senior leadership team & Head office
  • Identifying risk associated with service delivery & escalate/ mitigate/ resolve
  • Highlighting to management any risk to integrity of finance internal control
  • Promote process excellence by driving cross functional awareness
  • Driving R2R process standardization & improvement
  • Developing robust process for reviewing internal & external audit reports
  • Ensuring integration of all elements of R2R process

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Commerce/ CA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA with minimum 6 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing people & GBS operations
  • Experience in R2R process improvement & root cause analysis
  • Managerial experience in R2R
  • Experience in a senior reporting & accounting or business control role at BU/ GBS
  • Exposure of Oracle ERP is preferred
