The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience, strong team handling capabilities, and the ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and conduct appraisals and ratings. • Conduct performance appraisals and ratings, providing constructive feedback and career guidance.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures in financial reporting.

Requirements: * 9+ years of experience in finance with a strong focus on the Record to Report process.

• Proven team handling experience.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports and dashboards.
