Job Description
Male candidate with minimum of 10+ years experience in Real Estate and Land promotions field with team handling experience.
Develop and implement corporate real estate strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage lease agreements, negotiations, renewals, and terminations
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards. Evaluate and recommend cost-effective real estate solutions to support business operations.
Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, brokers, customers and other external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of commercial/domestic real estate transactions, leasing principles, and property management.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
