Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Research and Development Manager specializing in Power Electronics to lead our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in hardware and software design of inverters, component selection, control design, and simulation.This role requires extensive experience in handling the complete project cycle of solar inverters and troubleshooting power electronics converters.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in hardware and software design of inverters, with a strong

focus on power electronics.

• Proven experience in component selection, control design, and simulation for power electronics

systems.

• Extensive experience in managing the complete project cycle of solar inverters, from concept to

deployment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving issues in power electronics converters.
• Proficiency in using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and CAD software for

schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium, OrCAD).

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities and customer engagements.
