Job Summary The Manager Quality will be based in Chennai and develops, implements and coordinates product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products. Here is a glimpse of what you will do To monitor the Manufacturing Process Quality performance for all products. Drive processes towards achieving the targeted yield performance, working with team Monitoring, Process and Product quality audits and drive closure properly Establish processes in line with the customer requirement( NPI to Mass Production) and constantly improving results Single Point of Contact for all customer related queries on quality aspects Regular interactions and reviews with customer on metrics and driving actions towards the results Responsible for product reliability testing and results Responsible for Product Safety Certifications including BIS Here is some of what you will need (required) Typically requires a minimum of 8 years experience developing, implementing and maintaining quality systems or related area. Must have experience in handling Mobile manufacturing Here are a few of our preferred experiences Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
