Main Task - Manage the whole quality in accordance with company goals and ZF global requirement. Establish and maintain the quality management system of ZF . Overall Monitoring, Controlling & Accountability of Quality of plant & Product of a Shocks Manufacturing Facility for DIV.B Details -

• Deploy the company quality policy and standards, secure and maintain company certification (ISO9001)
• Conducting quality system internal & external audit and responsible for all findings to be closed effectively and in time.
• Provides responsive service to internal and external customers for quality related area.
• Recognize customer specific requirements, organize feasibility study and risk analysis, define action plans to close gaps.
• Liaison with product team, suppliers and customers with investigations, ECN, drawing, product validation for 8D, corrective action and preventive action.
• Consolidation, evaluation and analysis of failure rates, ppm, implementation of continuous improvement for products to decrease warranty cost and increase customer satisfaction
• Liaison with suppliers in the administration and management of supplier PPAP, outgoing control, deviation request ,8D, root cause analysis, eg. 3x5 why, risk analysis FMEA, PPAP, process Flow and control plan
• Leading incoming goods inspection process for outsourced products in accordance to organization standard

Monitoring and reporting KPI?s according to ZF global requirement, conduct monthly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with team to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively.
