As a Manager in EDM team, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of EDM HR services from Hire to retire and position Management across regions. This includes, driving quality management across EDM and ensuring implementation of solutions based on root cause analysis from data quality. Further, you add value by developing and implementing QC processes and standards by reviewing of tasks, internal quality checks and conduct knowledge sharing.Similarly, you are required to monitor and track progress of annual objectives and long-term targets and assist Head of Department in estimation and planning of resources.
You will successfully lead the QC team, provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional development. You also foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the QC team to enhance data management practices. The job is anchored in Bangalore, India.
