Manager - Quality Compliance will be responsible for all aspects of Quality (plan) system/SOP & food safety compliance at brewery level, with the integration of market-based complaints, tracking , feedback timely closure & strive for sustain. The individual in this role will manage the entire process of assuring entire Brewery operation must be defect free in line with internal & external stake holders at marketplace, ensuring the highest quality beers, in the best possible condition, with impeccable brand presentation, as well as standardizing the entire operation at brewery level to promote quality and consistency across breweries. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including brewery and quality managers at each brewery, key suppliers, auditors or consultants, points of consumption of our beers, and sales teams.The individual will drive long term value to our company by developing relationships with internal & external stake holders, allowing us for best consumer experience & abide with food safety SOP compliance across.The individual will also be expected to maintain a practical and working knowledge of multiple problem solving and process improvement systems and industry-leading brewery quality management. He/she will understand trends in the brewing industry and devise action plans for how to adapt our process, breweries, and new product development systems & placement of SOP to adhere the food safe business.This position requires fluid communication between internal and external stakeholders, especially with the supply chain, draft team sales & marketing team.
Role and Responsibilities
Process Improvement: Responsible assisting in process improvement projects.
Food safety: Responsible for ensuring proactively food safety compliance in across brewery.
SOP compliance: Responsible for ensuring proactively all kind of SOPs and specifications for all kind of process in MFD.
Integration: Responsible for seamless integration between in all breweries & strive for a food safe business operation in all aspect.
Qualification and Skill Set
EDUCATION
Food tech./M.Sc. with 5-10-year experience.
Recent experience in the brewing / Soft Drink industry in operations is strongly preferred.
Certified FSSC (latest version) Lead Auditor & Internal auditor.
Hand sound understanding on latest FSSAI rules.
Expertise in SOP development & good knowledge in document control.
Must have very strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure quality operations are conducted according to intent across multiple languages and cultures.
Must be a self-starter, willing to engage in what must be done without direct instruction.
Must be organized to optimally manage a complex and international production portfolio.
Must be a natural motivator, understanding how to get the best out of a diverse and international team.
