Responsibilities: As a Manager QA, you will be responsible for below. Key Responsibilities

• Managing the Stakeholders and working closely with Internal Development Team.
• Should have around 7-12 years of IT experience in automation Testing of software applications using Automation tools across multiple technologies.
• Should have extensive experience in Automation Testing as well as Manual Testing.
• Experienced in implementation of different QA methodologies, test plans, and test strategies, estimation in software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Well-versed in reviewing and analysing Business Requirements and developing Test Plan, Test Strategies, Test Cases, Test Data, Test Procedure, Test Reports, and Documentation of Manual and Automation Tests.
• Should have expertise in designing and implementing Automation Frameworks using Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid, and Page Object Model (POM), reviewing and design, integration and setting-up Engineering solutions
• Develop business case to propose test automation solutions.
• Profound understanding of core Java or C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts and experience in designing, developing, and enhancing automated test scripts.
• Lead Manage guide and train the team of automation testers.
• Good understand on database testing ?sing SQL (ODL and DML queries) on SQL Server.
• Good test reporting and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent Engineeering degree
• 7-12 years of experience
• Should have 5+ years of working knowledge in software testing and automation scripting.

Skills Required:

• 
  Experience leading the team on automation effort.
• Good knowledge of the Automation Test Frameworks.
• Ability to build new test frameworks and or extend the existing framework.
• Expertise in Python, VB Script, or Java Script.
• Ability to use test automation tools like Selenium, Test Complete, and UFT.
• Knowledge in automation testing in a DevOps continuous Integration environment (e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins).
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management.
• Ability to lead scrum team members in achieving their goals.
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle relational databases and a basic understanding of sequential queries.
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Schematics Products.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with quality assurance methods and tools.
