Job Description

The Manager, QA Engineering leads a team of software quality experts in creating automation, tools and designing test strategies. They will act as a focal point for quality delivery across a large program or site, leading various testing functions. They will plan and drive execution of test plans for multiple simultaneous development initiatives. The Manager, QA Engineering will work closely with development teams to identify and understand key features and their underlying functionality while also partnering closely with Product Management and UX Design. They may exercise influence and govern overall quality-related activities including management of support and maintenance releases, minor functional releases, and major projects. The Manager, QA Engineering will lead & provide technical guidance for process improvement programs. In this people leadership role, Managers will recruit, train, motivate, coach, grow and develop QA Engineer team members at a variety of levels through their technical expertise and providing continuous feedback to ensure employee expectations, customer needs and product demands are met.About The Role:Technical Skills - C# Selenium - Automation TestingYears of Exp 10+ Yrs

• Manage and provide technical support
• Ensures QA teams are effectively executing efficiently and effectively addressing issues as they arise.
• Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
• Estimate testing efforts, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Responsible for coordination, implementation, and maintenance of QA program.
• A persistent and inquisitive problem solver with strict attention to detail, committed to driving quality forward.
