The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the Enterprises Sales, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. 2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance. 3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. 7. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review. 8. Stay updated on industry developments, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and the sales team. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. 10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and expand business opportunities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the travel/ hotel industry. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. 5.
