Job Details Roles & Responsibilities: .Experience of HFM or One Stream reporting including skill set to analyze these reporting tools to propose any correction / adjustment. .Experience / knowledge of Cash & Bank accounting & reporting and entry flow from bookkeeping till HFM or One stream reporting of Cash Balances. .Partner with Business Finance, Treasury & other multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. .Experience of drawing RCAs for Reporting corrections / issues in RTR and actioning it to the closure in stipulated timelines. .Process ownership mindset to ensure the closure of the activity on timely basis. .Must have Global RTR Transition experience. .Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls and to the process landscape. Contribute ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of processes Requirement & Qualification: .Minimum 5-10 years of experience in RTR. .Bachelor/ Master\'s degree in Finance & Accounting / Chartered / Cost Accountant. .Fluent in communication (both written and verbal .Flexible to work in shifts. .Expert in MS Excel & Good presentation skills. .Support strategic projects and initiatives. .Experience or Knowledge of ERP\'s & Tools like: Oracle, SAP, BAAN, HFM & One Stream etc.
