• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the companys public image and brand.
• Set objectives and key results (OKRs) for the PR team and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure cohesive communication efforts.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the PR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Media Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Secure media coverage and manage media inquiries to ensure positive press for the company.

Crisis Management:

• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
• Prepare and train spokespeople for media interactions during crises.

Content Development:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with the companys messaging and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content.

Measurement and Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.
• Utilize PR metrics and analytics tools to assess performance and inform future strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on PR activities and results.

Event Management:

• Plan and execute PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
• Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and handle complex situations.
• Strong media relations skills and an established network of media contacts.
• Proficiency in PR software and tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
