Job Description
Key Responsibilities :Property acquisitionStores
1. Handling the property acquisition for stores for properties across the Maharashtra and Gujarat.
2. Coordinating with local brokers and IPCC for evaluating the new proposals.
3. Discussing the basic terms and conditions of acquisition process.
4. Attending the commercial closing meeting with VP, CFO and Landlords.
5. Coordinating with LL for completing the Legal due diligence as required by legal team.
6. Discussion and execution of MOU/LOI/ATS drafts with LL.
7. Finalizing the amenities list and drawing along with design team and project team.
8. Coordinating with design team and landlord's laisoning team for getting construction approvals.
9. Completing the registration of conveyance deed along with legal teamJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per yearSchedule:
