We are already providing Solar EPC services for large solar PV projects developed by private players and roof-top PV solutions for Industrial and Commercial consumers. Further, we are empaneled with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) under their Solar On-grid programme contributing to the National roof-top mission. We have grown to be among the few companies with the capabilities to execute large scale projects of over 100 MW, with significant experience in Single Axis Tracker implementation. Our services under the vertical include: Design & Engineering, Project Execution, Project Management, Bid Management, Project Feasibility Analysis across large-scale Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants for both land-mounted as well as roof-top Solar PV projectsJOB DUTIESJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced AC Lead with a strong background in electrical systems to oversee and manage AC electrical components for our solar projects. The AC Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.Key AccountabilitiesDuty Statements

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of AC electrical systems for solar projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules to optimize resources and meet project deadlines.
• Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support for the design and installation of AC electrical systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project implementation.
• Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Team Leadership and Training:

• Supervise and mentor electrical technicians and junior team members.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including installation progress, inspections, and testing results.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and client review.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized and readily accessible for audits and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. (Master\'s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in AC electrical systems design and installation, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (NEC, IEEE, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Relevant experience in Electrical AC/HT works
• Familiarity with software tools used in electrical design and simulation.
