About Railways Business:
KEC is an integrated player in the Railway EPC industry, providing complete turnkey solutions for all types of railway contracts. The Company has integrated backwards to manufacture contact & catenary conductors, signaling cables as well as galvanized steel structures for railways. It has the capacity to manufacture 48,000 MTPA of railway structures.

JOB DUTIES
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the turnout construction phase of our Metro project. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the project within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, particularly within the transportation infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
\xef\x82\xbe Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
\xef\x82\xbe Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
\xef\x82\xbe Manage project execution according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
\xef\x82\xbe Implement effective project management processes and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project status, address issues, and track progress.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members, promoting continuous improvement and development.
3. Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives and expectations.
4. Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement measures to address any deviations from project specifications or performance targets.
5. Financial Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and track project budget to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
- Forecast project financials and provide regular budget updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualification: Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering or related field.
