Locations- Muri, Khurda, NINL Angul, Assam 1. Implementation of Project management Processes a) Implement Project management and control processes within Nest-In a) Impart training to the ecosystem of partners, territory project managers & site engineers. 2. Ensure Time & cost adherence with no deviation a) Preparation of Project Schedule for all projects in the region b) Guide field project managers to prepare project schedules for all projects c) Stringent Monitoring of on-filed and PM related activities d) Track activities and report delay statement, request for time extension of order 3. Sourcing & Supply of resources for project a) Ensure planning for supply of steel & non-steel material for upcoming projects b) Ensure timely Manufacturing & supply of Steel & non-steel Component c) Develop pool of Sub-Contractors/ Installers in the region and set up mechanism for Project Execution. 4. Ensure Quality Assurance as per QAP a) Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for projects in the region b) Conduct Frequent Quality Audits at sites during and post execution c) Implement Quality Standards (Ex ISO 9001, ISO 14000 etc.) 5. Customers complaints handling- Interface with central marketing & design team to handle the complaint and resolve within timeline specified as per policy 6. Risk Management & Prioritization a) Must Ensure risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, and risk monitoring in all projects. b) Guide site team/Vendors/Production partners and ensure Priorities of jobs sites are met based on requirements 7. Implementation and Conformance to DM & PM- Implementation of Project Management as per policy cascade to this position. Skills Preferable experience in Commercial cluster (M&S, Business Development, Pre-fab / Civil / LGSF Construction, Project management, etc). Prefab Construction & Project Management, commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill. Software Skills (Ex. Microsoft Project/ Primavera etc.)
