About the role This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Project Management, who develops project plans and budgets. Identifies project problems, recommends solutions, documents project delays, performs critical path analyses, and presents progress reports Key Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management Team to support our Carrier functional organizations through their transformation journey. We are looking for someone who can bring project management expertise and capabilities to strengthen this skill set in the organization. We are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible to lead projects of varying complexity. Leading a project would entail to define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value organize and lead project status and working meetings prepare and distribute progress reports manage risks and issues correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. The incumbent will coordinate the successful execution of the functional transformation by identifying and engaging stakeholders through the journey. In performing this role, Project Manager will be expected to blend traditional project management principles and practices with an agile development approach in the right proportions to fit the projects Requirement : Being part of the PMO, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned project transformations and be able own and coordinate the associated project plan for successful execution Be able to drive PMO focus on three key performance indicators (KPI\'s): On-time Delivery, Quality and Efficiency Demonstrate broad knowledge of project management tools and processes Coordinate with functional/BU stakeholders to maintain and adjust on a transformation roadmap based on business needs Project management Create, track and maintain project plan to support transformation roadmap Performs the overall day-to-day management of multiple projects to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints Responsible for project documentation including project plan and weekly status reports Reports project progress on a regular basis to ensure the project\'s overall direction and integrity Performs management of the risks of the project, including the development of contingency plans Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary Ensure project objectives are understood and met, ensuring that the Project Team members understand the requirements Ensure all stakeholders are adequately consulted or engaged on key deliverable s for their respective functional area Basic Qualifications : University degree or any Equivalent degree 7- 15 years experience in project management Shift Time : Preferably 12- 9pm IST Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Certification such as PMP is preferred Agile certifications such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPO is a plus Progressive movement within a complex, matrixed environment with multi-functional, global teams Experience and exposure with PMO tools (e.g. Project Scheduling Tools, Resource Planning, Risk Registers) Competent user of Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Visio Extremely organized with superior follow-up and follow through Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communications to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership Highly self-motivate and self-directed Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Experience working in a team-oriented, global environmen t Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
