Position Title

Manager- Project Finance

Purpose of Role

Ability to work and align others around initiatives with Strong understanding of Banking markets for project finance.

Position Demands

• 6-8 years of experience with a Project Finance and Fund-Raising exposure
• Extensive experience of dealing for origination to execution for project finance, term loans, etc.
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA in Finance with relevant work experience.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Focusing on fund-raising and Project Finance activities for both transmission and renewable business
• Knowledge of preparation of financial model
• Working on most suitable source of financing at the most optimum cost of capital
• Maintain and build sustainable relationships with financial institutions including Banks, NBFC, Institutional investors, Credit rating agencies etc
• Implement and institute best practices in corporate finance
