If you want to work on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.Work with usYou will join our Project Management area consisting approximately 80 highly skilled project employees in India office. Specifically, you will be part of our Project Controls Team, consisting of highly skilled Senior Project controllers and Project controllers in Denmark and India, who are in charge of controlling the largest execution projects in NNE. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position: Providing our stakeholders support in manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. We believe working as one Organization along with our DK head office and DEI is at the core of organization belief to bring collective perspective into the way we work.How you might spend your daysAs a Lead/Project Controls Manager, you\'ll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where your daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage Project Controls at all levels and you will often take up a position as Project Controls Manager with a team of 10-15 people within the project controlling.
Lead all financials issues in a holistic perspective and related activities in single projects or portfolio of projects. Ensure correct financial management and reporting to establish best possible foundation for profitable and lean project execution.
Ensure that activities are performed in accordance with project controls procedures. Ensure that relevant project members are familiar with the methods and that use of these is clearly communicated to project organization e.g. Project Performance Report, plan and monitor cashflow, follow up on milestones, bonus/penalty, risk, forecast of project staffing and procurement items, Earned Value Management, Profit & Loss calculation.
By your strong personal and professional skills, you will constructively and proactively challenge, push back and take ownership on delivering accurate reports.The position is based at our Bangalore office, but we expect you to be flexible for travelling since we work closely together with our customer and we are where they are.Who you areAt NNE, we care about who you are as a person.   • Can constructively and proactively challenge, push back and take the ownership for deliver accurate re-ports
  • Support Management in leading the strategic intent by being a role model
The miles you\'ve walkedTo apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
  • have experience as Cost Engineer, Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Cost Controller, Project Controls Manager.
have an educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or as technical engineer.
  • have +15-20 years of experience within Project Controls, ideally from the pharmaceutical, biotech, Food or chemical industry but not Limited to
  • It is key that you have in-depth experience of Cost controlling procedures, forecasting and monthly reporting to customers
  • have knowledge within Project Planning, Project Risk Management, Tender / Contract Management
is an advantage
  • are interested in working in an energetic environment, value engagement, and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
  • have very strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • can create structure and handle several projects simultaneously
  • have experience with using PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, Power point, MS Projects, Power BI
  • are experienced in the use of Earned Value Management methodology
  • are fluent in English, spoken and written. Work experience in dealing with Europe Client would be an added advantage
