Your Role



•Job description/Mission •




•This position is responsible to execute project in the Product Company and to report the project execution directly with End Customers, while aligning with Customer Center. •




• •Strong project management, planning, technical knowledge and experience in handling high specification tailor made compressor package system for Oil and Gas Industries.•
• •To ensure projects completion of all orders to mutual satisfaction of client and Company's•

•- To ensure that awarded contracts are executed within targeted budgets of cost, time and quality in line with product parent companies.( Air Power - Belgium / Wuxi / NLY) - Initiate strong and effective communication with the group companies to ensure smooth transfer of packaging Process and technology - Efficient Contract management including negotiations of deviations, amendments and techno-commercial closure including payment, bank guarantee, Export benefits/E1/Duty drawback etc liabilities•

• •To monitor and control all the projects and able to act on lagging activities to put them back on track•
• •To liaise and co-ordinate as required with all concerned parties to ensure clear communications•
• •Lead coordination and meetings between customers, consultants, AC internal departments and suppliers for on time and complete deliveries with expected margins•
• •Lead efficient New Products Development, Engineering and Localization through Production until commissioning.•
• •Execute the design, analysis, evaluation and technical documentation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements•
• •To create process to reduce time required for Engineering and Project Management via possible standardization concepts•
• •To implement tools, process and develop multi-tasking project engineering teams for efficient projects execution•
• •Should have technical competent having strong knowledge of various codes API / ASME / ANSI / TEMA / CE / PED / ATEX / NEMA /EN.•


• •Responsible for having the quality management system and policy communicated, understood, implemented and maintained within the team.•
• •Devise and implement necessary tools and systems in line with the Group directives•

•packaging Process and technology - Work as per "The Atlas Copco Way" and " Business code of practice "•




To succeed, you will need


•Experience requirements •


• •Comprehensive technical knowledge about design, packaging, quality and operation procedures of tailor made machines, ideally expertise in the structure of screw, piston and centrifugal air/gas compressors.•
• •Experience in Project Management, engineering and customer handling and understanding of rotating machinery.•


• •Experience of Oil Free Air Project/product handling for around 4-5 years would be added advantages•
• •Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills in order to further develop the order handling team•
• •Total experience desired will be more than 12-15 years.•




•Knowledge •


• •Working knowledge of ASME / API /TEMA /IEC /IS and other important Codes•


• •Strong commercial and project management knowledge•
• •Sound knowledge in thermodynamics and system engineering of electrical/instrumentation will be an added advantage.•




•Educational requirements •


• •University degree in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline•
• •Be fluent English and other Indian languages.•

• •Be able to adapt in a new environment•

•- Be sensitive to understand customer's perspective and be an active communicator both within and outside of the organization - Should have an aggressive attitude to initiate new packaging activities as required by the Division - As this position is a key interface between customer and the company , we are looking for a person with strong personality who can be an active driver.•
