• Collaborating with the plant to optimize capacity to fulfil short and long terms requirements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering on-time supply.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Implementing strategies to reduce inventory losses.
• Driving savings through process improvements and minimizing the need for air freight.
• Maintaining a strong track record of updating master data, efficiently managing processes, and fostering a collaborative approach.

You bring:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management or Business administration.
• Experience: Candidates having minimum 12-15 years of experience in Operations Planning.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, statistical software, and data visualization tools.
• Communication: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments
