FunctionGlobal BUPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Manager Product Technical for EV incumbent will be responsible for aligning the EV strategy into execution on the field being responsible for product development , establish warranty processes and quality check of electronic vehicles for global markets of HMCLA purpose driven role for youPurpose of the role is to manage Global launch of EV bikes along with domestic launches for global marketsA Day in the lifeThe incumbent shalll be responsible for managing on a day to day basis :

• Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders for quality checks and product development
• Impart training to Distributor staff of product and service process
• Define and align the distributor team on country specific after sales architecture, processes and norms.
• Verify and approve warranty and KD claims made by distributor

Academic Qualification & ExperienceB.Tech with 4-7 years of overall experienceTechnical Skills/KnowledgeMechanical/ Electrical engineer with relevant experience in EVBehavioural Skills
