Job Description

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of Web3/Blockchain technology.

- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Client Products or Services in the Web3/Blockchain space.

- Your expertise in this field will help effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences, drive engagement, provide visibility and thought leadership.

- Above all, you would play a critical role in getting more users to our platform and drive adoption,

Responsibilities:

1. Help the Product and Marketing teams in developing a compelling GTM strategies for various Products based on the target audience, geographies and channels.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing strategies to promote our Web3/Blockchain products/services, targeting relevant audiences and industries.

3. Help the company in developing positioning, value proposition and messaging strategis for various Products,

4. Conduct Market research to identify target market segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the Web3/Blockchain space.

5. Create compelling Marketing campaigns and content that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our Web3/Blockchain offerings.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including website content, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, social media content, and more.

7. Plan and execute Digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media advertising, influencer marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

8. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

9. Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Web3/Blockchain industry, and leverage that knowledge to drive marketing strategies.

10. Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and community members to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

12. Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

13. Develop various product growth strategies by working with channel partners and other eco-system partners for getting the right MQL for the products

14. Help the marketing team in building the community of developers and Web3 enthusiasts to adopt our products.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years\' experience in Full stack marketing planning & execution including Digital, events, brand, social media, community, content and partnerships marketing at a B2B tech company in the US and Global Market.

2. 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles in the Blockchain/Crypto space in delivering outstanding impact to their organization.

3. Agency and Partnership Management experience is a huge plus

4. Excellent English in both written and communication is a must.

5. Solid knowledge and interest in Crypto and particularly Blockchain ecosystems. A passion for Digital marketing and Web3, Blockchain space

6. An analytical thinker who\'s willing to get deep into numbers and enjoys making decisions based on hard data

7. Some Proficiency with Google Analytics (or similar), social media analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Experience measuring performance and ROI across channels, presenting findings to cross-functional teams

8. Proactive, energetic and a team player who is relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle.

9. Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

10. Great organization and ability to multitask efficiently.
