What will you be doing?
MoEngage Product Analytics team cut across multiple verticals and help
Customer Success teams to present a data driven picture to their Key Accounts
Product team to track and monitor KPIs and diagnose based on data,
Product team to validate product needs based on internal data signals
Marketing team and Product team to understand end user interactions and insights across multiple Georaphies, verticals etc.
Work with Product leadership to identify and strategize Product opportunities
Envision and direct the data warehouse & BI suite design to serve analytics needs across the org - Create, Manage reporting for the organization across different parts of Product lifecycle
Advise Customer Success & Sales leadership on Business opportunities and churn risks
Champion Data backed decision making across the org
Be the point person within the org for product & customer insights and data recommendations
Drive operational excellence within the team
Skills and requirements:
Proven working experience in areas of Data/Business/Product Analytics (6+ years)
Experience setting up Data Pipelines & Automation for BI purposes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
1+ years of experience in managing an Analytics team
Experience in SaaS industry is a plus
Experience with Superset is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Sheets/Excel, SQLis a must
Hands on experience in Tableau (or similar BI tools), AWS, Python/R
Working knowledge of statistical techniques is preferred
