:Role PurposeProvide leadership and management of the Procurement operations team. Manage Procurement operations service catalogue workload and work allocation across the team, including supplier administration, contract administration, sourcing support, market research / surveys, travel / expenses, CRF invoicing support, standard reporting. Manage and report on hotel P2P system support helpdesk globally. Manage procurement helpdesk, resolving system / supplier administration and travel / expenses queries in line with SLAs.Key Accountabilities
