To lead a team responsible for purchasing of Finished Goods and related supply chain.
To facilitate and support the team to reach the targets defined in each area.
The Manager will have a good overview of the ongoing actions and activities in his/her team and drive the digitalization/automation of the processes.
Besides the duties as a team leader, the Manager will also be responsible for operational PO process work related to a few Suppliers on his/her responsibility.
The duties will also include the following activities:
Manage the Purchase order and related SC processes for the Suppliers on your responsibility.
Follow-up actions and KPI for your team to make sure that the targets and action plans are met.
Facilitate Quality of work in all your processes and daily work.
To act as an important link to upper management.
Identify training and development needs.
Problem solving & process development support to help the team members to be successful in their jobs.
To help with challenging suppliers and support them in supplier development process.
This position would be reporting to Head - ESO India Procurement & LogisticsPrimary Skills (essential)
8-10 years of experience in procurement, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Exhibit leadership skills.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in procurement platforms (e.g., S4 HANNA, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems).
Logical and analytical ability.
Ability to work in team and flexibility to adapt to change.
Proactive with Team management skills and curios mind & desire to learn.
Develop cross functional cooperation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, senior management, and internal teams.
