Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesAs a Manager of Process Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing Division, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and efficiency within the Farm Division. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of process engineers to ensure production processes are optimized for maximum efficiency
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes
• Providing technical expertise and support to production teams to resolve process-related issues
• Monitoring key performance indicators to track process performance and identify areas for improvement

Preferred IndustriesManufacturingEducation QualificationTo excel in this role, you are required to possess the following education qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering

General ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, with a focus on Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. Critical experience includes:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence
• Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
