Responsibilities:
1. Design, plan, and execute comprehensive primary market research studies in the pharmaceutical domain.
2. Lead a team of researchers, guiding and mentoring them to deliver high-quality insights.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Business 4.Development to align research objectives with business goals.
5. Utilize a variety of research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather market intelligence.
6. Analyze data to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
7. Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
