Our key objectives as D&A are to:

Set the Unilever data strategy and lay the foundations to maximise the value of our data\xe2\x80\x8b. Deliver the connected Data Platform to accelerate access to integrated and trusted data at scale across the company for analytics and decisions\xe2\x80\x8b. Embed core data and analytics capabilities, leading to automation, AI, and Big Data to boost Unilever\xe2\x80\x99s decision intelligence. Lead the Data and Analytics Culture to build a future-fit workforce that values and adopts data-intelligent decision-making across all levels.

Role Profile

This role will lead the Pricing Solution as Product Manager and would be a key part of the Data & Analytics CD team. Key responsibilities of the role include:

Interface with business stakeholders to understand and capture the business asks

Engage with end users to drive adoption and value benefit through Price changes and governance

Lead the adoption of the pricing products across the countries, with simple, intuitive, and interactive UI/UX

Play an active role in setting up overall Pricing governance across different Pricing tools and processes

Create actionable insights and work with markets on autonomous no touch pricing optimizers in future and bring about transformational changes in the way Prices are decided in Markets

Work with UiM teams to establish data integrity and sync with in-market teams

Coordinate with the build team (3P as well as internal UL Product team) to ensure Product roadmap is delivered

Establish and operationalize Pricing Product As A Service within Data & Analytics by partnering with necessary counterparts and create impactful business cases across Markets and functions

Ensure On Time In Full delivery of all Product deployments and roll out of the product as per the roll out plan.

Key Accountabilities

Work closely with the D&A Markets, functions, Business teams, Geo IT, Business Units and Business Group leads to support decision process is seamless

Accountable for overall NPS, adoption metrics as well as value benefit driven through actionable insights and self-serve tools

Responsible for setting up BAU calendar along with BAU team to ensure right data and insights are available at the right time

Responsible for building and prioritizing user stories that can lead to biggest size of prize

Develop a very good understanding of Unilever Information & Analytics Strategy and ensure alignment of team\xe2\x80\x99s priorities to the strategy

Build and manage relationship with stakeholders within D&A specially UiM and Business

Responsible for adherence to Unilever Control and compliance policies

Responsible for simplification and integration with relevant local tools

Responsible and accountable for driving Pricing Product as a service and ensure Market signs up the run costs / program manage the budgets

Drive LEAN, Agile and Design Thinking methodology across D&A and educate end users on the core process / governance.

All About You

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial and analytics professional. They will have a good knowledge of the CD operations and value chain in a consumer goods company, that is complemented by working knowledge of data management, data strategy or business information intelligence, and emerging technologies required to deliver a world class analytical solution. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will enjoy rolling their sleeves up to drive towards outcomes.

Essential:

8-10 years of relevant experience in data & analytics and FMCG preferably

At least 6 years of experience in leading cross functional teams

Experience in working with senior stakeholders (WL3+)

Experience in storytelling/insight generation using Data

Exposure to visualization tools like PBI, Webapp or other data blending tools

Working know how in Data Blending tools and technologies along with driving D&A

Working know how of Design Thinking or DevOps models along with Agile Scrum

Exposure and good learning in Data Science would be preferred

Education:

Ideal candidates would preferably have an MBA or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
